Exploring Membership at SRC

We offer classes several times a year called Newcomers where you can learn all about what it means to be a member here.  We begin with a one-half day class on Saturday and then 4 follow-up sessions which are held on Wednesday evenings or Sunday mornings - you may determine which days are best and decide during the 1/2 day class.

The classes are designed to inform you and answer your questions about Spanish River Church:  what we believe, what are our values, what is our philosophy of ministry, what is our church organization, why you would want to take the committed step of joining the Spanish River family as a member.

We promise you will have a great time while meeting new friends.  It’s fun, interactive and relational, a time to make meet more of the folks who attend here and get to know the Spanish River Church staff.

What should you expect?  This will be a time of getting acquainted, meeting the staff, receiving class materials with info that you'll want to know, the actual class and group discussion time.  Please bring your Bible if you have one.  If you don’t have one, we will be happy to give you a Bible.  There is no cost to you.

Childcare is available but you must notify us in advance to make a reservation.
