SRC Church Planting in Brazil
Spanish River has planted more than forty churches throughout Brazil. Each year Pastor Ricardo Agreste, our movement leader in Brazil, hosts a conference for church planters from around Brazil (and even a few from other countries in South America).
Last year there were more than 200 pastors attending the conference. Pastor Tommy Kiedis will once again be a featured speaker at the conference in August of 2012.
Specific Purpose of this Trip:
- Attend the CTPI church planting conference in Campinas, Brazil
- Assist as volunteers at the conference
- Meet with Pastor Ricardo Agreste who hosts the conference
- Meet the other SRC supported pastors and their families
- Visit SRC church plants
- Provide encouragement, determine needs and prayer requests
- Possibly assist in outreach opportunities
