Volunteering your time, treasures and talents is a great way to meet people and become connected with others who share your particular interests.

In "serving" we strengthen our character and make a difference in the lives of the people of our community. We become known and grow closer to others who care about people. And volunteering draws us closer to Jesus Christ and develops our own character to be more like him.

Serving is one of the ways we can express our love and thanks for all the things God has done for us.  It is a great way to meet people and become connected with others who share your particular interests.  We strengthen our church family; become known and closer to each other; and most importantly – serving draws us closer to Christ and develops in us the character of Christ.

What is Needed?
Simply a heart for God and a willingness to sere.  At Spanish River we have many opportunities to serve – in the church, in our community and in our world.  No matter what time is spent it is sure to be rewarding and fulfilling.

Where is the best place for you?
We encourage you to serve with your skills, and talents and God-given spiritual gifts. We are seeking those whose interests and abilities are a good fit for both you and the ministry.

If you would like to explore your spiritual gifts and talents, we invite you to take an assessment: click here.  You will be able to printout the results and a copy will be emailed to Spanish River’s coordinator.  We will then have an ability to match your gifts and talents to serving opportunities.

Sign up for the Impact Class

Also consider exploring your gifts by taking Impact, a three-session small groups format class, and identify/explore your unique gifts.  The class is offered throughout the year; contact us at 561-994-5000, via email, or complete an eform for the schedule.  You can also check with your Ministry Team leader for more information.
