Spanish River Church invites you to

"Run for a Reason"

 in our 3rd Annual 5K River Run/Walk.  

Race Course is an out and back USATF-certified course. Click here for map. All ages are welcome to participate.  

Race Date: Saturday, January 8, 2011

Race Time: 7:30 am

Entry Fees: (2011 registration forms & online registration will be available soon - please check back)

Early Registration: (Early registration thru 5pm on Jan. 7th)

    • $25.00 (18 and other)

    • $20.00 (17 and under)

Team Registration:   Team of 5 or more (Must be registered by 5:00 pm on Jan 7th) $20.00 per person

Race Day Registration:   $30.00 (everyone)

Registration Fee includes:

    • T-Shirt (for 1st 500 registered 5K participants)

    • Goody Bag (for 1st 500 registered 5K participants)

    • Post-race food

Timing:  The 5K race will be using the Power T Disposable Timing Tag. This tag is attached to the race bib. The runner does not have to do anything but wear the bib and they will be timed.

Awards:   Awards will be given out to the Top 3 Overall both Male/Female, Top 3 Teams, and Top 3 Male/Female in 5 year increment age groups, from ages 10 and under to 70+.

Packet Pickup:   Packet pickup will run Friday, January 7th from 9:00 – 5:00 pm at SRC and January 8th, race day, from 6:00 – 7:15 am.

Restrictions:   No pets, strollers, skateboards, in-line skates, or bicycles allowed for the 5K run/walk.

Spectators:   Spectators can observe the start and finish of the 5K race and along the sidewalks throughout the course. No spectators may enter the race course itself.

Kids Fun Run - FREE The Fun Run is open to kids 12 and under only. Pre-registration is not needed to participate. Each participant will receive a certificate.
